Education Navigation

Our Education Navigation Program was launched by our Northwest Campus in 2015 to provide comprehensive, personalized case management services to low-income students at colleges across our diocese. Each student is paired with a Navigator who helps them identify and address barriers to persistence. This includes the creation of a personalized service plan, connection to community resources, and emergency financial assistance as needed.

Today, we’ve replicated this program to a total of eight rural community colleges and three four-year universities throughout the Fort Worth Diocese – from Hillsboro to Stephenville; from Bowie to Vernon.

PROGRAM SUCCESS

0 students served across all campuses since 2015
0 students who have earned an education credential since 2015
0 percent of students persisted in both school and the program from fall to spring semesters

On average, students engage in services for 15 months
