Meet the Team
Michael Iglio, CEO and President
After 20+ years working in for-profit leadership positions ranging from Frito Lay to the health care industry, Michael joined Catholic Charities Fort Worth (CCFW) as COO in 2020. During his tenure, Michael has helped to navigate the agency through the pandemic, all while rolling out our hallmark model for services called Pathways, which helps clients on their own unique journeys out of poverty. Additionally, he ensured CCFW maintained a company culture that Gallup Q12 ranked in the top 21st percentile of engaged workplaces in the world.
A seasoned engineer by trade, his passion is finding and fixing the root causes of an issue. With an eye on research, Michael works to use the data gathered about our poverty-ending work to maximize services and ensure no more repeat customers.
Michael earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and resides in Lewisville, Texas, with his wife, Jana, and two children.
